Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 338 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72212, in Wilson WTP Maintenance Building #11, Conference Room, until 10:00 A.M., August 27, 2026, for the following:
Lake Maumelle Intake Pump Station
Pavement Improvements
Approximately 3,000 Square Yards
of 2-inch Asphalt Overlay

Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost.

in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
There will be a PRE-BID MEETING on-site at the Lake Maumelle Pump Station Facility, 10629 Hwy 300, Roland, AR, 72135 on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10am. All bidders are recommended to attend.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
