In order to qualify for the work of this project, the Contractor shall have experience drilling commercial wells for public water supply. The contractor shall have been performing these services for a minimum of four (4) full years. Contractor shall have a current Virginia Class A Contractors License. Contractor must have successfully performed a minimum of two (2) projects of similar scope and scale to this project within the past four (4) years.
