Lazy 5 Booster Pump Station

Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the Construction of a 1,134+/- SF potable water booster pump station building to house two (2) Horizontal Split Case Pumps and Bypass/Surge Valves. Scope of work includes: site clearing, earth moving, grading, backfill, riprap placement, reinforced concrete masonry building, concrete flatwork, electrical, diesel-engine-driven generator set, HVAC, water main installation (12" to 20"), pump and piping installation, culvert construction, below-grade vault installation, asphalt concrete pavement, slurry seal placement, fencing, landscaping, demolition of existing meter/valve vaults.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 29, 2025, at 9:00 am PT at 1355 Capital Blvd., Reno, NV 89502.

All content viewed and/or downloaded is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA.  Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project.

The Engineer's estimate is: $3,735,797 - $4,565,974

This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project.
