GOVERNMENT GRAZING LEASE - LAKE WHITNEY, TEXAS - LOFER'S BEND

Sealed bid subject for a grazing lease will be received until the time, date, and at the place indicated below, and then publicly opened. Bids will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the NOA.

Attendance is recommended at a pre-bid site visit to be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10:00 am, at the Whitney Lake Office, 285 County Road 3602, Clifton, Texas 76634, for inspection of the lease area.

DESCRIPTION: Approximately 625 acres of land located within the Lofer’s Bend area at Whitney Lake, Texas, with a stocking rate of 1 animal unit per 25 acres (25 animal units total).
