All bids shall be marked “Sealed Bid for Grant Rd and Nile Ave – Intersection Improvement, CRP 1004 TO BE OPENED ON June 22, 2026 AT 10:00:59 A.M. Pacific Time” on the outside of the envelope. Sealed bids may not be submitted by facsimile or other electronic or data transmission.
