The City of Dodge City “City” invites developers to submit proposals for the purchase of land and construction of residential units, located on to the property commonly referred to as the Victory Electric Property, North 14
th
Avenue and Iron Road. The City is requesting high market rentals for this proposal. The land is in an RHID district. The Community Housing Assessment specifies high market rentals as $1,500+/month. The housing assessment predicted the need for high market rentals to be 83 units by 2030.
