Request for Quote - Q08-26 - Public Safety Building Flooring Installation
The Mayor & City Council Ocean City is seeking Quotes from qualified and experienced Vendors
to provide for the Public Safety Building Flooring Installation and for said work to conform with
the Quote Documents.
Quote Documents for the Public Safety Building Flooring Installation can be obtained from the
Town's Procurement Department by either e-mailing the Procurement Manager, Matt Perry, at
mperry@oceancitymd.gov or Dawn Leonard at dleonard@oceancitymd.gov or by calling (410)
723-6643 during regular business hours, or via the Solicitations tab on the Town's
(https://oceancitymd.gov/oc/procurement-bids/) website. Vendors are responsible for
checking this website for Addenda before submitting their Quotes. The Town is not responsible
for the content of any Proposal Document received through any third-party service. It is the
Vendor's sole responsibility to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Quote
Documents.
A Pre-Quote Meeting will be held on FRIDAY, APRIL 10TH, 2026 AT 10:00AM EST AT THE PUBLIC
SAFETY BUILDING, LOCATED AT 6501 COASTAL HIGHWAY, OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND 21842, for
any questions concerning the Quote Documents. A site survey shall immediately follow the Pre-
Quote Meeting. Vendors interested in additional site survey(s) after the Pre-Quote Meeting
may submit such requests formally in writing to the Procurement Manager, who shall review
each request on a case-by-case basis.
Quote Documents are due no later than THURSDAY, APRIL 23RD, 2026, BY 4:00PM EST. Quotes
will be opened, read aloud, and then remanded back to staff for further review on FRIDAY,
APRIL 24TH, 2026 AT 10:00AM EST. Quotes are to be submitted to the Procurement
Department, Attn: Procurement Manager; 214 65th Street, Ocean City, Maryland 21842, and
must note the name of the Solicitation (Public Safety Building Flooring Installation) on the
outside of the package. Electronic Quote Documents are being accepted.
Late Quote Documents will not be accepted.
Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for the Award of the Solicitation.
