Bid Description:
The Town of Fairlee (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project: Fairlee US5
Stormwater Implementation. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Fairlee Town
Office located at 75 Town Common Road, P.O Box 95 Fairlee, VT 05045, until Friday, August 15, 2025 at
3:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following work: Excavating existing surfaces, installing bioretention and infiltration
basins, and reestablishing vegetation.
