The City of Hopewell is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Operation, Maintenance, and Management (OM&M) services for the Hopewell Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and its associated facilities. The selected Offeror will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including the facilityâs NPDES discharge permit.The Cityâs objectives are to secure an experienced operator capable of:⢠Maintaining reliable and environmentally compliant plant operations;⢠Providing effective staffing, maintenance, and operational oversight;⢠Implementing industry-recognized best practices; and⢠Supporting long-term sustainability and continuous improvement of WWTP functions.The resulting contract will outline performance expectations, reporting requirements, and operational responsibilities necessary to support uninterrupted wastewater treatment services for the community.
