Bidders must be pre-qualified with MassDOT for HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION for the amount of the Estimated Construction Cost indicated below. The work to be performed will include clearing, excavation, grading, rock removal, subbase, paving with hot mix asphalt, asphalt berm, granite curb, concrete sidewalks, concrete pedestrian ramps, utility installation, stormwater features, wetland replication, plantings, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
