Solicitation Document Description: .1 The City is seeking a Supplier to provide all labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for Preventative and Reactive Maintenance and Technical Support Services for City-owned Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installations at various locations throughout the City of Toronto.

.2 Supplier to provide Asset Tagging work during scheduled Preventative Maintenance. Asset Tagging to be optional, as decided by the City.

.3 City installations includes:

55 systems for bi-annual Preventative Maintenance: 27 scheduled for
2027, 28 for 2028

38 systems at 10 kW or smaller for one-time, mid-life Preventative
Maintenance: 18 scheduled for 2027, 18 for 2028

95 systems for Demand Maintenance

Applicable Trade Agreement: Chapter 19 of Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
Chapter 5 of Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Recurrent Contract: The term of the Contract is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) separate one (1) year periods.
