The town of Wolfeboro Municipal Electric Department is seeking qualified contractors for the cleaning, restoration, and repair of the exterior brick masonry at their facility located at 133 Middleton Road in Wolfeboro, NH. Work shall include all phases of the project, including cleaning of brick surfaces, re-pointing of mortar joints where needed, replacement of damaged or deteriorated bricks, sealing of masonry, and all associated labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. The work shall include the entirety of the exterior brick surface of the building approximately 4,496 square feet.

Special Requirements:

Minimum one-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion and acceptance by the Wolfeboro Municipal Electric Department.
• Manufacturer warranties for all materials used, including but not limited to:
• Mortar and masonry materials
•Replacement brick
• Sealants and waterproofing products
The contractor shall remedy, at no additional cost to WMED, any defects due to faulty workmanship or materials that arise within the warranty period.
