Strathcona County
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Fireworks Displays – Canada Day and New Year’s Eve, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified pyrotechnical firms to provide full service fireworks displays for its annual Canada Day and New Year’s Eve celebrations at Broadmoor Lake Park in Sherwood Park, Alberta. The successful proponent will be responsible for show design, permitting, safety planning, labour, equipment, materials, firing, and post event demobilization for two signature community events attended by the public each year.
