The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, parts, insurance, supervision, cleanup, permits, fees and abide by all local, state and federal codes applicable to the maintaining & servicing of HVAC equipment at locations across the city. HVAC equipment includes but is not limited to, boilers, heat pumps, chillers, roof top package units, mini splits, split system, condenser units, exhaust fans, ice machines, and many other various types of HVAC equipment.

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for the scope of work herein described. Pursuant to bidding

policy, sealed proposals endorsed “HVAC Maintenance at City Facilities – RFP26141” will be received until

the time listed above by the City/County Purchasing Department, City Hall Building, 101 North Main Street,

Winston-Salem, NC. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
