Description: The Town of Petersburgh is seeking proposals from qualified contractors (Contractor) for the installation of a new center median with concrete curbs in the municipal parking lot, and the replacement / repair of certain concrete curbs on three adjacent existing center medians located in front of the Petersburgh Veterans Memorial Center located at 71 Main Street, in the Town of Petersburgh, New York. If interested in submitting a bid, the Bidder must arrange a mandatory walk-through / walk-around of the property to inspect and assess the complete needs of the project with the Town of Petersburgh Building Facilities Manager (Doug Jones). Each Bidder may directly contact the Building Facilities Manager (office at 518-419-6269 or cell at 860-384-4312 and doug.jones@petersburgh.org) to schedule a site tour. Scheduling the site tours should be completed no later than August 8, 2025. From the date of issuance of this bid, and until a binding contractual agreement is executed with a selected firm, all specific communications between the Town of Petersburgh and the Bidders or any of their individual members, shall be through formal communications with the Building Facilities Manager with a copy sent to the Town Clerk office including, but not be limited to: (1) specific written inquiries, (2) written questions and answers, and (3) written addenda. No informal communication shall occur regarding this procurement, including requests for information, comments, speculation, etc., between a Bidder (or any of its sub-contractors), and any employee or elected official of the Town of Petersburgh.
