25-167-Collection & Disposal of Surplus Equipment and Furniture

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (SUNY-DHSU) is seeking
a Moving company for "ON CALL" services to move Surplus Equipment
and Furniture.

Please see attached IFB documents for full details of
the services required.
Firms that are interested and can provide ALL services listed in the
attached documents must be submitted, on or prior to due date
listed, mail or in person.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANY MATTER REGARDING THE IFB,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE REQUIREMENTS, OR THE
SUBMISSION PROCESS, PLEASE REACH OUT IN THE MANNER

Please note, you are now in a restricted period, the only permissible contacts at SUNY regarding this IFB are those listed on the IFB.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, AKA the
Lobbing Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible
contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply
with the with the requirements can range from no contract award to debarment from
sales to any NYS agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law $139 JK and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current
NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms.
