NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East, Camp Lejeune, NC intends to issue a Sole Source contract to NDI TECHNOLOGIES INC., 105 E State Road 434, Winter Springs, FL 32708-2571. The determination to not compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may submit a quotation along with their technical capabilities, which, if received in a timely manner, will be taken into consideration. All responses should be submitted to the designated Government point of contact at the email address provided below. This requirement pertains to the service and maintenance of the Automatic License Plate Reader System (ALPR). This service is specifically for the MCAS Beaufort Provost Marshal’s Office in South Carolina. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 561621. The size standard for NAICS code is 561621 is $25 million dollars.
