provide 27 GPM of Domestic Hot Water from 40-120F when supplied with 25 psig Inlet
Steam and 5 psig in the Coil @ 1122#/hr. Heater to be furnished with the following
features and controls to meet the specified demand:
- Solid Copper Nickel Pressure Vessel rated for 150 psi ASME working
pressure.
- Factory Insulation.
- 90/10 Double Wall Copper Nickel Tube Bundle rated for 150 psi ASME
working pressure and 210F test pressure.
- All bronze circulator pump, 1/6HP, NYC Trim Package, 115v/1ph/60Hz,
with isolation valves, ball and check valves, and venturi tees.
- 1 ½ Spence Pilot Operated, Self-Contained Steam Control Valve.
- 1 ½ Wye Strainer.
- ¾ ASME Temperature & Pressure Relief Valve at 150 psi.
