NASPO ValuePoint RFP-SPCO-AR-25-03 Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products

The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal (RFP) for Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products was released by the State of Colorado on September 26, 2024.  The RFP number is RFP-SPCO-AR-25-03.  All vendor proposals must be submitted by 2:00 P.M., MST on November 05, 2024. The State of Texas is a member of the NASPO ValuePoint purchasing cooperative and may establish a statewide contract resulting from an award by the lead state.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders, to provide Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products for all Participating States. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.
