Description: The Town of Penfield (“the Town”) is seeking a consultant or consultant team to develop Phase I of the Town’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) that will set goals and objectives to improve sustainability, reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and strengthen resiliency. The consultant or consultant team shall have expertise in developing such plans for other municipalities and will have a broad range of expertise. The consultant or consultant team will also have demonstrated ability to assist with effective public outreach and engagement in order to ensure that all community members are able to participate in the planning process in a meaningful way.
