The restroom at the Hampton Facility is showing signs of degradation, including what is believed to be symptoms of interior slab settlement, and is in general need of a total refresh. Scoped repairs are focused on stabilizing suspected floor settlement, replacing interior CMU walls with lighter-weight steel stud walls, and overall update of restroom spaces. |
