Clarinda Park is located at 31 Clarinda Dr, North York, ON M2K 2W4. It is a small park near Sheppard Avenue East and Leslie Street, featuring a children’s playground and a trail that connects to the East Don Parkland and the Don River. The existing stairway connecting Clarinda Park to the East Don River trail has reached the end of its service life. The successful Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to:
• Demolish and safely dispose of the existing pressure treated timber staircase structure. • Supply and install a new hot-dipped galvanized steel staircase supported by helical piles. • Perform all associated site restoration work. RFP closing on October 27, 2026 @ 12:00 noon local Toronto time Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by12:00 PM NOON local Toronto time. All bids submitted after 12:00 PM NOON local Toronto time will result in the bid being declared non-compliant (system clock listed above is in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
