INVITATION FOR BIDS

RFP # 9030 – ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan

The City of Framingham, Massachusetts is accepting sealed proposals from all interested experienced, qualified individuals or firms to prepare an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and transition plan that wholly complies with the requirements of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, including any modifications made thereto.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday,  January 28, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system.

Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
