All parts and materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications and NFPA codes. Replacement parts and other materials may be billed at Vendor's cost. The Vendor shall provide copies of material suppliers' invoices to verify costs.
