St. Mary’s County Government is soliciting competitive bids for Interior and Exterior Painting and Power Washing services at various St. Mary’s County Facilities. This Contract will be based on time and materials consisting of all labor, materials, hand tools and equipment required to complete the job. Pricing for Painting Services shall be inclusive of all fees, surcharges and costs associated with arriving at sites, providing clean-up, hauling and proper disposal of waste and debris at permitted sites.
There is no prebid conference scheduled for this solicitation.
