The scope of work includes nine of the buildings will be made Safe and amp; Secure and
remain unoccupied for the foreseeable future; Fire Station and Garage 2 will remain
semi-occupied. Work includes removal and disposal of all combustible and non-
combustible loose materials from all buildings per Room-by-Room Inventory provided in
the Specifications, Appendix 2, including abating loose or damaged vinyl flooring tile
and sweeping clean all floors. All windows and doors accessible from Grade or fire
escapes will be boarded except for a limited number of doors to be replaced with new
hardware for maintenance access and egress only. Existing Lighting, Heating & Fire
Suppression systems will continue to be maintained by the BPHC.
