The New Bedford Housing Authority invites sealed bids from Contractors for EOHLC 205326 Re glaze 10th Floor Windows in Community and Laundry Rooms at Tripp Towers in New Bedford, MA in accordance with the documents prepared by Garofalo Design Associates Inc. The Project consists of but not limited to glazing replacement at exterior windows selective GWB repairs & painting window sill and shade replacements. Construction estimated: $60,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A to J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General Bids due: 2:00PM, 2.6.2025 and publicly opened online, forthwith. This project is being electronically bid, hard copy bids will not be accepted. All Bids shall be submitted online at biddocs.com and received no later than the date and time specified. General bids shall be accompanied by a 5 percent bid deposit of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to New Bedford Housing Authority. Pre-bid conference: 1.23.2025 at 9:00 am.
