SUNSET GOLF COURSE HVAC UPGRADE AND ROOF REPLACEMENT

Project Description: SEALED Bids will be received by the OWNER online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, Friday March 17th, 2025. The Bids will be opened online and the re-sults posted via the PennBid Program.
The Project consists of replacement of the three air handling units and the entire roof.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bid-ders.
Laws and regulations applicable to this Contract include the following:
• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania “Steel Products Procurement Act” – Act No. 3 of 1978 as amended
• Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442).
Bidders are subject to all applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania wage laws, and bids shall be prepared accordingly. The applicable wage predetermination is included in the Project Manual.
The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the successful bid amount.
All contractors on this Project are required to ensure that employees and applicants will not be discrim-inated against because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, marital status or national ori-gins; and, that the statutes and regulations of federal and state law regarding non-discrimination are met.
Contractors and subcontractors are required to furnish records to ascertain compliance with the Nondis-crimination Clause.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m., prevailing time, February 19th, 2025, at 2601 Sunset Drive, Middletown, PA 17057.
The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids.
