Bids must be plainly marked BID FOR BITUMINOUS MATERIALS and must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 on or before the date and times stated above, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after bid opening.
Bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts or via email request to barterd@sudbury.ma.us.
The Town of Sudbury acting through the Town Manager, reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which he deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.
