Sealed bids (include 1 original and Flash drive) for the ELECTRICAL VAULT RELOCATION project at the Middle Georgia Regional Airport, Macon, Georgia, will be received by Macon-Bibb County Procurement Department located at 700 Poplar Street, 3rd floor, Suite 308, Macon, GA 31201, until 12:00 pm local time on May 22, 2025 then publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 pm local time on May 22, 2025. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project includes the demolition of the existing airfield electrical vault, construction of a new electrical vault building, installation of new vault equipment, temporary power provisions, coordination of airfield lighting controls, and associated civil, electrical, and utility work. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents. Airport lighting circuits shall be maintain operational for the duration of the project, except during scheduled night-time closures.
