Description

The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation is seeking to engage a qualified design firm to enter into an agreement to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the design of the subdivision of the entirety of the 9 ^th Floor of Building 303 (40,000 SF), as well as for the subsequent fit out of one (1) turn-key office space, one (1) turn-key life sciences wet lab OR advanced manufacturing space with an ISO 7 clean room, and one (1) shared amenities space.
