The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for portable toilets for the Annual Independence Day Celebration at McConnell-Talbert Stadium that will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and removing all specified materials.  The contractor is also responsible for providing one attendant to regularly service and maintain the equipment for the duration of the event. Delivery and set up may begin on Friday, July 3, 2026. All assets and materials must be removed by close of business on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's online procurement system, IonWave, by the designated date and time of Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM(ET).
Bidders are encouraged to submit questions pertaining to the specifications and requirements of this solicitation. All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 2:00PM(ET).
Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
