The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract with a qualified vendor to provide services as a third-party claim administrator (TPA), capable of a full range of claims adjusting and administration services for its self-insured Workers’ Compensation, Automobile and Liability programs, as well as handling first-party damage and Subrogation claims (“Services”).
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFP electronically. If submitting a paper proposal, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations.
