Improving Neighborhood Outcomes - Downtown Streetscape Improvements

Sealed bids for construction of the Improving Neighborhood Outcomes Downtown Streetscape Improvements project will be received until December 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Butler City Hall, 12 Cedar Street, Butler, Georgia 31006. Work shall consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor to construct sidewalks, curbs and gutters, site furnishing, storm drainage, and any other items shown or implied in the Construction Drawings. Time allotted for completion of work is 240 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Plans & Specifications. This project is funded in part or by Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities (INODIC) through the Governor's Office of Planning & Budget (OPB) State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) grant program. All Bidders must comply with 41 CFR 60-4, in regard to affirmative action, to ensure equal opportunity to females and minorities and will apply the timetables and goals set forth in 41 CFR 60-4, as applicable to the project, including those outlined in Appendix II of 2 CFR 200, as well as existing State public works construction requirements.
