Base Bid Description: THE PROJECT IS LOCATED AT 1 STATE OF NEVADA WAY, LAS VEGAS, NV 89119. THE WORK TAKES PLACE AROUND THE SPWD CAMPUS. SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES ONSITE CIVIL IMPROVEMENTS, LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, NEW SECURITY FENCING AND GATES, ELECTRICAL AND LOW VOLTAGE, ACCESS CONTROL, NEW GENERATORS, AND NEW GENERATOR ENCLOSURES. SCOPE ALSO INCLUDES A NEW EXTERIOR ENCLOSURE FOR THE NEVADA BUILDING ATS CABINET AND THE WASHOE BUILDING ATS CABINET.
Contract Time: 140 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $2,060.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. |
