Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide GGC Event Staffing to the Georgia Gwinnett College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
Overview of the eRFQ Process
Georgia Gwinnett College is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Event Services for various campus events. Required services include ushering, event security (including operation of metal detectors and wanding), parking attendants, and on-site supervision and management personnel. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring a safe, organized, and guest-friendly environment through professional staffing and effective coordination. Vendors should demonstrate experience in event operations, crowd control, and safety protocols, with the ability to adapt to events of varying size and scope.
