Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Orange Keywords: Construction (Building), Windows and Window Decor, Building Rehabilitation, General Contractor, Historical Preservation Bid Description: This work consists of construction of building envelope improvements (insulation/air sealing) for the Tunbridge Town Office (271 VT-110, Tunbridge, VT). Permits and historic clearance will need to be obtained. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions. Construction must be completed by April 30, 2026. Questions may be submitted to Harry Falconer at hfalconer@trorc.org. Harry will create a list of bidders from this request and he will distribute any questions and addenda.
