The scope of this work shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete this project according to the specifications provided. All labor, equipment and materials necessary for completion of the work, but not specifically listed as a pay item, will be deemed to be included in one or more of the pay items listed in in the work specifications, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

No pre-bid meeting will be held; contractors may contact the homeowner to schedule a date and time to access the property to better understand the project’s scope of work, if necessary.
