Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) has a requirement for distribution of electricity to all buildings and facilities within its boundaries. SIAD is a member of the Plumas Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative (PSREC) which is the utility that provides electricity to SIAD. PSREC owns SIAD's electrical system. SIAD seeks continuation of the supply of electricity. The contractor shall ensure proper distribution of electricity to each building and all facilities within SIAD's boundaries in a manner that complies with all applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and standards, and California Energy Code. The contractor shall furnish all facilities, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to supply electricity to operated SIAD's electrical distribution system.
