Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek offers for the purchase of Powder Activated Carbon (I2/g 600 wood based) for use in the City of Tempe’s Water Treatment Plants. This chemical will be used in the production of drinking water for the City of Tempe Water Utilities Division. The contract period will be a two (2) year award with an option to extend the contract for three, one-year renewals per the terms and conditions of this RFP.
