NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CITY OF NEWTON, IOWA PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Quotes for the work comprising the improvement as stated below must be filed before 11:00 am on March 27th, 2026, in the office of the Community Development Director, 303 W 4th St N, Suite 501, Newton, IA 50208.
Sealed quotes will be opened and bids tabulated at 11:00 am on March 27th, 2026, in the Community Development Office, 303 W 4th St N, Suite 501, Newton, IA for consideration by the Newton City Council at it's meeting on April 6th, 2026; at the Newton City Council Chambers. The City of Newton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
