The City of Granbury is seeking qualified contractors for a comprehensive roofing restoration project involving multiple roof types damaged by hail. The scope includes eight steep-sloped roof replacements and repairs using laminate asphalt shingles for various city facilities. These roofs will be restored in accordance with detailed specifications, including removal down to the deck, installation of new underlayment, flashings, ridge vents, and water diverters, and compliance with manufacturer and safety standards.

Additionally, the project includes one low-slope roof replacement at the Water Treatment Plant, requiring installation of a fully adhered 50 mil PVC fleeceback membrane over a primed cover board, along with new flashings, scuppers, drains, and parapet terminations to meet ES-1 certification and maintain watertight conditions throughout construction.

Finally, the scope covers one full cedar shake and shingle roof replacement for a historically significant structure. This work will utilize Certi-label Western Red Cedar shakes and shingles, fire-retardant and preservative-treated materials, and historically accurate detailing. All work must comply with the detailed specifications provided in the attached documents, including warranty requirements, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
