This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all of the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace 800 LF of Landscaping, 150 LF of type “P” surface restoration, 180 SY of concrete sidewalk, install 250 water meter boxes with meters, 8 gate valves (4”), repair sprinkler system, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents.
