Electric School Bus Transition Support Contractor

Description of goods to services to be bid:

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) seeks a contractor or a team of contractors (Support Contractor) over a three-year period to assist NYSERDA with electric school bus work, including technical analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement. The Support Contractor will be tasked with assisting NYSERDA with 1) research, analysis, and data reporting, 2) Fleet Electrification Plan review and tracking, 3) stakeholder outreach and engagement, 4) real world technology testing, 5) support of NYSERDA's Electric School Bus Roadmapt, and 6) on-call support. Proposers will be expected to begin work within two months of notification of award and will work closely with the NYSERDA team across a wide range of electric school bus initiatives.

Only one (1) award will be made by NYSERDA. If the prime contractor is unable to provide all requested element, teaming arrangements are required.

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

Proposers must clearly demonstrate their ability to provide the necessary technical expertise and administrative support described in this RFP. The selected contractor(s) will provide NYSERDA with a dedicated team of high-level professionals who will support the school bus electrification work.
