PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide the County with design and construction documents to control erosion and provide a safe walking path on the southeast side of Quarry 2.

PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System online through Bids & Tenders not later than 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING/SITE VISIT:
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on October 10, 2024, at Quarry Park at the project site. Site visit parking will be on 10th Ave S. The closest address is 905 Sunwood Park Drive, Waite Park, MN 56387 (Attachment 1). All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to become familiar with the project. Sturdy or hiking footwear is recommended.
