The City of Seaside invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Retail and Commercial Advisory Services to support the City’s economic development goals. The selected firm will serve as an extension of City staff, providing strategic retail recruitment, market analysis, and property activation efforts designed to strengthen Seaside’s commercial corridors and expand sales tax revenues.
This RFP seeks a qualified firm with demonstrated experience in California municipal settings and the retail real estate industry. The City intends to enter into a three-year professional services agreement with one consultant or firm.
