Sink hole in yard over a Regulated drain that is about 36” x 24” x 36” deep.
Expose the hole by digging the topsoil off around the site.
Place geofabric in the area that was dug out then fill with #53 or 57 stone up to within 12” of the existing ground and
backfill with topsoil.
Restore all disturbed areas and seed with residential seed with straw or equivalent.
Access shall be from the drain easement off Forest Trail.
