The City of Lowell is requesting bids for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, applications etc. necessary for T The project scope includes the modification of four existing traffic signals to change signal indications, phasing, and/or timing, the replacement of an existing Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacon, and installation of a new RRFB crossing. Elements include traffic signal electrical work, concrete ADA ramp construction, striping and localized paving where conduit is installed. MA-Highway prequalification in Traffic Signals and Highway Construction required.
