Responsive, detail-oriented vendors with proven technical capability are encouraged to submit proposals.

THIS RFP SHALL RESULT IN A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR FOUR (4), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT.

Background

Lakeland Electric operates multiple generation facilities that depend on well-maintained circuit breakers for safe, uninterrupted power distribution. Over time, even minor degradation in contact surfaces, timing, or insulation integrity can lead to system vulnerabilities or failure. This project seeks a partner who can not only maintain OEM standards for inspection and testing, but also provide detailed reporting, fast turnaround on repairs, and dependable refurb services to extend asset life and mitigate unplanned downtime.
