REMOVAL OF EXISTING Culvert & INSTALLATION OF
One (1) – 2.43m X 2.43m X 24.4m PRECAST
CONCRETE BOX CULVERT
on
Highway 771
Tramping Lake
Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Friday September 26, 2025 for Culvert Removal and Box Culvert Installation at Highway 771 within the R.M. of Tramping Lake No 380 and R.M. Reford No 379.
Approximate total quantities to be supplied by Contractor:
780 m3 Earth Excavation
675 m ³ Clay Backfill
100 m3 Topsoil Removal and Replacement
300 m² Supply and Install Non-Woven Geotextile
15 m³ Supply and Install Granular Bedding
25 m³ Supply and Install Ballast Bedding Rock
24.4 m – Supply and Install 2440mm x 2440m Precast Concrete Box Culverts
35 m³ - Supply and Install Clay Seepage Plug
30 m³ - Supply and Install Rip Rap
70 Tonne – Supply and Incorporate Traffic Gravel
600 m² - Supply and Placement of Grass Seed
All Materials to be supplied by the Contractor.

Tenders will be opened in public in the office of the undersigned at the hour of 2:15 P.M, local time, on Friday September 26, 2025. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “10 % of the Tender amount” valid for 60 days. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
Tenders will be awarded pending funding approval.
